Technology

We have been involved with enough technology companies to understand that technology in and of itself is extremely interesting, but a company it does not make. Our work has revolved around how technology creates a platform for delivering a solution to a customer. Preferably one that they are keen to solve and willing to pay for. We work on creating a sustainable business using the best technology suitable to customer needs. We have worked in the medical field, testing equipment, software/new media marketing, business outsourcing and others.

Retail

For several clients we have worked on helping them understand and reach the mass affluent consumer, especially in Europe. We often work for companies outside of Europe trying to penetrate this market. We worked with some key branding companies helping companies move from a commodity position to a differentiated offering.

Supply Chains

Our particular focus is on the movement of value within chains, especially towards the company controlling the consumer interface and how to re-capture value. We help clients establish or reorganize supply chains to gain and protect value.

Forestry

Our expertise runs deep in this industry. Up and down stream we know the key players, have experience with the technology and are abreast of the market developments. Our expertise is more and more being drawn on to unlock opportunities. We create the momentum and strategy to create value from new opportunities or seize value from underserved or misunderstood market segments.
